Description
English: Pictured are members of B Company 2 Battalion the Parachute Regiment conducting a live fire Company attack on Salisbury Plain, as part of Exercise Wessex Storm.

B Coy fire an NLAW missile to take out an enemy armoured vehicle.

Exercise Wessex Storm saw the 2 PARA Battlegroup training on Salisbury Plain confirm its skills and readiness to serve as the lead infantry unit within 16 Air Assault Brigade.

The group which is built around the airborne infantry of 2 PARA supported by signallers, engineers, artillery, medics and logistics specialists from 16 Air Assault Brigade are ready to deploy at short notice on operations around the world.
