The user is creating a lot of short (and I mean short) articles and not creating them correctly. Instead of references they just add an external link. This is one such article out of many. Some I have moved to their userspace (and notified them of such) that I moved them so they can work on the articles and complete them to more than a one - two sentence article. I have also posted on their talk page about the issue. They have also received messages from other users on their talk page. This is not the first time this has happened. We have also had a lot of edit conflicts as they follow me around and when I am working on an article, they edit it right after my first edit and I have asked them to wait about 5 minutes to see if I make any other changes as I am tidying up articles and making sure they are formatted correctly, have the appropriate headings, everything I typically do. I will post a notice on the users talk page about this discussion. I am not quite sure what I can do, but perhaps admins can do something or say something that will work and get the editor back on track. Here is a list of everything they created and all the articles are the same. One to two sentences, not linked to wikidata, no cats, one external link, (possibly to be used as a ref). Update: Now I need to bring up a few other things that have developed:

1. User talk:Cyber.Eyes.2005#PotsdamLamb - Editor posted I “need to stop interfering” and was told to post on my talk page.
2. Talk:1999 Sydney hailstorm#PotsdamLamb telling me I "stop adding things to my drafts vybereyes helping me not you..." - Showing ownership and I’ve never touched the article which is in the main space. It was an article I moved to their user space due to the issues they are having with the creation of the articles (of which I moved the original to their user space so they could work on it) but they made a new article instead of moving it. Plus the article is just very basic (as I listed above 1999 Sydney hailstorm. They have received numerous warnings and conversations about the issues since they joined. I’m beginning to feel that they don’t quite yet understand how to create articles and the layout making them perhaps incompatible with our project. I improved the hailstorm article mentioned above by simplifying part of the enwiki article. I agree that these stubs are not acceptable, and should be improved or deleted. @BigKrow I have done no such thing. I’ve never cursed at you, you mass created a lot of articles that are improperly formatted. You have been asked, not only by me, but even by admins to do certain things in which you replied OK but yet continued to do them. Now with these comments, I’ve come to the conclusion that I am asking admins to block you for an amount of time they feel is necessary. @QuicoleJR It is going to be up to an admin at this point.
1. Creating inappropriate pages
2. Stating I am cursing at them and up their butt
3. Being asked and warned numerous times by editors and admins about how to create articles and stating ok then continuing to do so
4. Their statement of "I've done nothing wrong you ain't going block me k"
Then add the two conversation I posted above in the update. This all amounts to not being able to collaborate and not mature enough to understand the basic concepts needed.

Besides a big edit notice that says they are not allowed to post on my talk page, they ignored it and decided to do so anyway. It clearly states: "NOTICE: BigKrow and Divine are prohibited from posting anything on my talk page. Any violations will be reported to WP:AN." in bold letters clear across any typing area of my page. I am holding to it. Admins, please enforce this. This is due to their inability to once again follow instructions on SEWP and requests from an editor who they have had unhealthy conversations with and I distancing myself from both of these editors based on their aspirations and slander towards me. See my edit notice here. It was last updated on April 14, 2024, but both added on April 13, 2024 and while typing this out, the editor added yet another post to my talk page. Diff one then they edited it so here isdiff two. Amazing how the changed the words around to better suit them going from You are not supposed to blame another editor who wasn't even informed by them to You are not supposed to blame another editor with wrong information. @PotsdamLamb accused me with a false comment of calling another admin an ass on enwiki while my request was about rollback, and they clearly mentioned many things there which i have already addressed with. Just a few days back, they called Lee Velnski " you might be an admin on enwiki and warned not to act as an admin here" while lee was doing their own work. This user is clearly not having a healthy conversation with another editor and always involves in conflict with bad faith editing and WP:Biting another editor. While I was trying to communicate regarding their concern on their talk page, they bring me here, which is not that concerning, as I can see it's not the first time they are doing this. But I just want to ignore this, and their comment on the rollback request was blaming, hatred, false accusations with falsifying evidence. DIVINE 04:56, 20 April 2024 (UTC)

The evidence is provided in the links. Let me address what you wrote on your debate (again and using the same information I supplied before since you are accusing me (wrongfully) of not providing evidence):
• This user has been absent from this wiki for two years. Upon coming back to SEWP, the editor immediately took me to WP:RFCU (See Wiki: Requests_for_checkuser#PotsdamLamb) for absolutely no reason or even researching anything. - Is this not true for some reason? I would like to see the evidence where this did not happen days after you returned without YOU or I even communicating?
• Slew of issues on ENWP, involving legal threats (for which they were blocked on April 6, 2024 ENWP block log)
• 05:17, April 6, 2024 Ivanvector talk contribs changed block settings for DIVINE talk contribs with an expiration time of indefinite (account creation blocked) (legal threats and disruptive editing. Restoring talk access to address block appeal.)
• 11:01, April 3, 2024 Ivanvector talk contribs changed block settings for DIVINE talk contribs with an expiration time of indefinite (account creation blocked, email disabled, cannot edit own talk page) (Not compromised, but now blocked for legal threats, and disruptive editing in general. Talk page acces revoked for threatening to post personal information about other users.) Tag: Twinkle
• 10:55, April 3, 2024 Rosguill talk contribs blocked DIVINE talk contribs with an expiration time of indefinite (account creation blocked) (Either a compromised account, or a longterm self-promoter with possible sockpuppetry and possibly UPE thrown in as well, per Special:Diff/1217072039 and the revision histories of Prakash Neupane. Either way, indef block is appropriate.) Tag: Twinkle (Note: I missed this on my intial review.)
• Yet you are denying this by your response of "Thirdly, legal threats issues arose from doxing and have already been resolved. I am following WP:STANDARD offer and haven't violated WP:SOCK policy." So if resolved, why are you still blocked? If you took the standard offer, why are you still blocked?
• "In addition to the CU request placement, you could have pointed it out to me on my talk page or fixed it instead of complaining." - I was not complaining, I told you it had already been way resolved and my original unblock was declined LAST year due to it and others have brought me up for it and they ended up being globally locked for evading their block. Then on top of this, another editor started making aspirations about me, who has had a lot of issues on this Wiki and after I and others have tried to help them for a very long time, they decide to continue to do what they were asked not to do and to continue to go against policy. So that was the 2nd rollback, but yet you turn around then and state "Secondly, your CU request was valid, and anyone can request CU. You were about to commit 3RR violations while removing that notice from the CU page." - One you cannot assume what I was about to do. I was actually having an IRC conversation with admins about it to get it addressed quickly before it got out of hand.
• You state "Fighting against vandalism or patrolling new pages always involves automated edits while putting warning templates on users' talk pages with the help of Twinkle." and "Lastly, about contributing, I have created more than 61 pages and 14 pages recently without copying anything, but writing by myself. My motto is to create at least one page per day here on SWEP while being free."
• Since you have been back, you have created 14 pages of which a few are stubs. Plus two more which were deleted as non-notable. I personally asked for QD on one of them. I am not sure where you get 61 pages from unless you are counting user pages when you placed original templates on it. I see 52 talk pages created and 6 categories. So let's not inflate your numbers to try to look good.
• You state Also, I don't understand why you bring enwiki issues here, while this is a completely different WikiProject, and I haven't done anything wrong here while volunteering with a positive attitude and positive manners - Not all of your interactions have been positive, and due to the amount of posts you make, I can not search through every single one of. I can think of a few of hand where you were not, which also includes the comments you made when you requested my CU. Any issues you have on one wiki affects all wikis. You, seeming to know all about how things operate, should know this. That is why there is the one-strike rule.
• To address your comment about you didn't call an admin an "ass" I will just post that link here too for others to evaluate (along with your demanding nature, which is taken into account by the admin saying they are getting tired of it) w:/User_talk:Primefac/Archive_40#Hi.
Now, to address what you just stated above about me:
1. Lee and I have since worked it out as adults and explained his reasoning, which is valid and I have no problem with that. 99% of the time, we get along just fine. Disputes are bound to happen, it is how we deal with it that matters.
2. Yes, some editors and I will not get along. The funny part is, they end up going to CU for some reason and they are found out to be sock puppets. There are actually two other users I did not get along with at one time, they are now resolved and we work great together. It is called talking things out and not everything will be on wiki. As we have IRC, discord and email.


That is all I have to say. The proof is in the pudding as evidence (once again) is shown (since obviously at [[4]] I did not provide evidence, then there you go.
