He killed four people, three of whom were hospital staff, and injured no more than ten. Louis then committed suicide.
Louis had surgery at the hospital a few days before the shooting and targeted his surgeon because of him not helping with Louis's back pain.
The shooting happened eight days after the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas.
