Troy Kotsur: American actor (born 1968)
Troy Michael Kotsur (born July 24, 1968) is an American actor and director.
He is best known for his role as Frank Rossi in CODA (2021). He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award and won an Academy Award, BAFTA Award and SAG Award for this role. He also directed the movie No Ordinary Hero: The SuperDeafy Movie (2013).
