Patience: Christian virtue

Patience (or forbearance) is the ability to go through difficult times without getting mad.

Patience may involve focus and without any emotional response relating to disrespect/anger.

In psychology, patience is studied as a decision-making problem, involving the choice of either a small reward in the short-term, versus a more valuable reward in the long-term.
