Teen pop is a type of popular music.
It is made to appeal to teenagers and preteens. Genres of dance, R&B, pop, electronic and country music are often copied by teen pop. Teen pop includes visual appeal and teenage-related lyrics.
Some teen pop groups are New Kids on the Block and New Edition.
