Teaspoon: Kind of spoon
A teaspoon is a spoon used for stirring tea, measuring sugar, and playing games such as spoons.
They are also called flatspoons in American English. Longer teaspoons can be used to eat ice cream and other desserts, too. It is usually covered with silver or stainless steel.
It is also a unit of measurement, now equal to 5 millilitres.
