Sissy Spacek: American actress
Mary Elizabeth Sissy Spacek (born December 25, 1949) is an American actress and singer.
She played Carrie White in the 1976 movie Carrie. She also played country singer Loretta Lynn in the 1980 movie Coal Miner's Daughter. Spacek is known mainly as a dramatic actress, but she has acted in comedies. She was born in Quitman, Texas.
