S. H. Kapadia: 38th Chief Justice of India
Sarosh Homi Kapadia (29 September 1947 – 4 January 2016) was an Indian politician and lawyer.
He served as the 38th Chief Justice of India from 12 May 2010 until 28 September 2012. He was born in Mumbai and was Parsi.
Kapadia died from cardiac arrest on 4 January 2016 in Mumbai, aged 68.
