Otar Patsatsia: Georgian politician

Otar Patsatsia (Georgian: ოთარ ფაცაცია) (May 15, 1929 – December 9, 2021) was a Georgian politician.

He served as the country's Prime Minister from August 20, 1993 to October 5, 1995.
