Marcel Mauron: Swiss footballer

Marcel Mauron (25 March 1929 – 21 January 2022) was a Swiss footballer and manager.

He played as a forward. He played for clubs such as Young Fellows Juventus, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Servette, Neuchâtel Xamax and Grenchen. He also played for Switzerland at the 1954 FIFA World Cup.

Mauron died on 21 January 2022, at the age of 92.
