Kohlrabi is also commonly known as the German turnip or cabbage turnip. It is related to cabbage. Kohlrabi can be eaten raw as well as cooked. Both the stem and the leaves can be eaten. Is very popular in Northern and Eastern European countries like Germany and Hungary as well as places like northern Vietnam and eastern India.
