Kansas's 1st congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S.
state of Kansas. It has 63 counties from western and northern Kansas (more than half of the state) in it. It is the 12th biggest congressional district in the United States.[source?] Located within the district are Manhattan, Salina, Dodge City, Emporia, Garden City, Hays and Hutchinson. It is a very rural district.
