Jean-Jacques Beineix: French film director, film producer and screenwriter
Jean-Jacques Beineix (; 8 October 1946 – 13 January 2022) was a French movie director, producer and screenwriter.
He was born in Paris, France. His career began in 1977. His best known movies were Diva, Moon in the Gutter, Betty Blue, Roselyne et les lions and Mortel Transfert.

Beineix died on 13 January 2022 at his home in Paris from a long-illness, aged 75.
