Jacques Perrin (born Jacques André Simonet; 13 July 1941 – 21 April 2022) was a French actor, producer and director.
He was born in Paris, France. His career began in 1957. Perrin was known for his roles in The Sleeping Car Murders (1965) as Daniel and in Z (1969) as the Photojournalist. He also produced Z and Black and White in Color (1976) which won the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film.
Perrin died on 21 April 2022 in Paris, aged 80.
