Howard Hollis Callaway, known as Bo Callaway (April 2, 1927 -March 15, 2014) was an American politician and businessman.
He served as Secretary of the Army from 1973 to 1975. He was also a United States representative from Georgia.

Callaway was born in LaGrange, Georgia. In 1949 he graduated from West Point with a degree in military engineering. He died in Atlanta, Georgia from a brain hemorrhage, aged 86.
