Giuseppe Pericu: Italian politician
Giuseppe Pericu (20 October 1937 – 13 June 2022) was an Italian politician.
He was a member of the Italian Socialist Party. He later joined the Democratic Party of the Left in 1996. He was the mayor of Genoa from 1997 to 2007. He was born in Genoa. From 1994 until 1996, he was a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies.
Pericu died on 13 June 2022 in Genoa at the age of 84.
