Fevzi Zemzem (27 June 1941 – 21 March 2022) was a Turkish professional football player.
He played for the Turkey national football team from 1965 until 1969, making 18 appearances. He also made 356 appearances for Göztepe A.Ş. between 1960 until 1974.
