Donald Carcieri: American politician
Donald Louis Carcieri (/kərˈtʃɪri/ kər-CHEER-ee; Italian: ; born December 16, 1942) is an American politician and businessman.
He was the 73rd Governor of Rhode Island from January 2003 to January 2011.
