David Trimble: Northern Irish politician
William David Trimble, Baron Trimble, PC (15 October 1944 – 25 July 2022), was a politician from Northern Ireland.
He was Leader of the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP; 1995–2005), the first First Minister of Northern Ireland (1998–2002), and was a Member of the House of Commons (1990–2005).

He was a life peer for the Conservative Party. Trimble was awarded the 1998 Nobel Peace Prize, along with John Hume because of effort toward Belfast Agreement.
Trimble died on 25 July 2022, aged 77.
