Colin McFarlane (born 15 September 1961) is a British actor.
He is known for his role as Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. In television he has appeared in Jonathan's Creek, The Fast Show, and the Black Books. He has starred in animated movies or television programs. He is also known for providing the voice of God in Testament: The Bible in Animation.
