Carlos Ortiz (September 9, 1936 – June 13, 2022) was a Puerto Rican professional boxer.
He won three world titles, two at lightweight and once at light welterweight. He was seen as the best Puerto Rican boxers of all time. Ortiz had the record for the most wins in unified lightweight titles in boxing history at 10.

In 1991, Ortiz was honored into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
