Erbil Governorate: Governorate in Iraq
Arbil (Arabic: أربيل, Kurdish: ههولێر Hewlêr; also written Erbil or Irbil) is a province in the north of Iraq.
The area is 14,428 square kilometres (5,571 sq mi). According to Arbil governorate in 2009 Arbil population was 1,720,000.
