Andrea Libman: Canadian actress
Andrea Eva Libman (born July 19, 1984 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian voice actress, television writer and singer who is best known for voicing Chi-Chi in Dragon Ball, Emmy in Dragon Tales, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, and Peppermint in Kate's Place.
She also made on-screen appearances in the television shows Highlander: The Series, Susie Q, The Lotus Eaters, and Lyddie.
