Ajdar Ismailov: Soviet philologist and politician
Ajdar Ismailov (born Ajdar Tagi Ismailov; 23 April 1938 – 13 March 2022) was an Azerbaijani philologist and politician.
He was one of the founders of New Azerbaijan Party. He was a professor at Nakhchivan State University.
