ලිංගික අපරිකාමකත්වය (Paraphilias) යනු යම් වස්තුවක් අවස්ථාවක් යම් හෝ අනාකෘතික ප්‍රපංවයක් කෙරේ ඇතිවන ලිංගික ආකර්ෂණයකි.අමරිකානු මනෝ විද්‍යාඥයන් ගේ සංගමයේ ප්‍රකාශයක් වන මනසික රෝග වර්ගීකරණය DSM5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, Fifth Edition) යටතේ මෙම මානසික රෝග ලැයිස්තගත කර ඇත.
