Object history
English: The arms were granted on November 13, 1964. The eagle is derived from the arms of the Lords of Dahn, who ruled the area in the 14th century. In 1603 a large part of the estate was acquired by the Bishopric of Speyer, and this is symbolised by the cross of Speyer. The other part of the estate was acquired by the Lords Schenk of Waldenburg who used arms divided in blue and gold, which symbolises the lower part.
