Lietuvos futbolo federacija (LFF) er særidrettsforbundet for fotball i Litauen med tilholdssted i Vilnius.
LFF er landets øverste fotballorgan og er ansvarlig for å avholde nasjonale serie- og cupmesterskap samt landskamper for herrer og kvinner i ulike aldersklasser. Forbundet ble grunnlagt i 1922 og ble medlem av FIFA året etter. Da Sovjetunionen annekterte Litauen i 1940 ble fotballforbundet oppløst, men ble igjen aktivt da landet fikk tilbake sin uavhengighet i mars 1990. LFF ble en del av UEFA i 1992.

LFF arrangerer blant annet A Lyga (landets øverste divisjon), og Lietuvos futbolo federacijos taurė (det nasjonale cupmesterskapet). Nåværende fotballpresident er Julius Kvedaras.
