Emily Lau Wai-hing (劉慧卿) (født 21.
januar">21. januar 1952 i Hongkong med familierøtter i Nanhai i Guangdong i Kina) er partileder i det pro-demokratiske The Frontier i Hongkong. Hun er også fulltidsmedlem av Hongkongs lovgivende forsamling. I 1998 fikk hun Bruno Kreiskys menneskerettspris for sitt arbeid. Før hun ble politiker, var hun journalist i Storbritannia og Hongkong.
