Rasa Polikevičiūtė (Panevėžys, 25 september 1970) is een voormalig professioneel wielrenster uit Litouwen.
Ze vertegenwoordigde haar vaderland driemaal bij de Olympische Spelen: 1996, 2000 en 2004. Ze is de tweelingzus van de eveneens succesvolle wielrenster Jolanta Polikevičiūtė. Haar grootste triomf was het winnen van de wereldtitel op de weg in 2001 (Lissabon).
