English: *Ear of grain symbolizes plentifulness and accumulation of wealth.
  • Wish granter Cintamani represents past, present, and future.
  • Circular green background stands for evergreen, flourishing eco-development.

Name of province written in Cyrillic.

Cintamani should be blue, green, and red, khurd of progress (Wheel of Dharma), ear of grain, and cyrillic text "Bulgan" should be golden yellow, background should shown in solid green color. The emblem is approved by Resolution No. IX/26 of 2022 of the Province Citizens' Representatives Khural.
Монгол: Өвөг дээдсээс уламжлан ирсэн будаа, тариаг эрхэмлэн эд баялаг арвижин дэвжих, элбэг хангалуун байхыг тариан түрүүгээр илэрхийлж ашид дэвжихийн өлзий хутаг оршсон хүрдийг дүрсэлж, эрт эдүгээ ирээдүй 3 цагийг бэлэгдсэн хүслийг хангагч чандмань эрдэнээр төлөөлүүлж, Булган хэмээн кирил үсгээр бичсэн мөнх ногоон эко хөгжлийг бэлэгдсэн дугариг ногоон дэвсгэртэй байна. Чандмань эрдэнийг ногоон, цэнхэр, улаан өнгөөр, хүрд, тариан түрүү, Булган гэсэн үгийг алтан шаргал өнгөөр илэрхийлж, ерөнхий дэвсгэрийг цулгуй ногоон өнгөөр үйлдэнэ. Аймгийн бэлгэ тэмдэгийг Аймгийн ИТХ-ын 2022 оны IX/26 дугаар тогтоолоор баталсан.
