Description
English: This stunning Earth image taken from the International Space Station looks from Northwestern China on the bottom into eastern Kazakhstan. The large lake in Kazakhstan with golden sun glint is named Lake Balkhash. It is one of the largest lakes in Asia and is the 15th largest lake in the world. The lake is fed by 7 rivers.
