Description
English: As a preliminary material, on July 1, 1954 (Showa 29), the Self-Defense Forces flag and the Self-Defense Forces regiment flag (regimental flag) newly enacted by the Self-Defense Forces Law Enforcement Ordinance and the Self-Defense Forces Flag New Rising Sun Flag. Tokutaro Kimura, the first Director General of the Defense Agency. Term: July 1, 1954 to December 10, 1954. At their feet are signs of the "Defense Agency" and the "National Defense Academy". The Japanese Defense Agency was established on 1 July 1954. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan: "The Self-Defense Force flag of the Maritime Self-Defense Force and the Self-Defense Force flag (regimental flag) of the Ground Self-Defense Force are to use the Rising Sun design by the Self-Defense Force Law Enforcement Ordinance enacted in 1954. It has been raised in various situations outside the country.”[1]
日本語: 予備資料として1954年（昭和29年）7月1日、自衛隊法施行令により新しく制定した自衛隊旗自衛隊連隊旗（連隊旗）と自衛艦旗新旭日旗です。初代防衛庁長官 木村篤太郎。任期：1954年7月1日から1954年12月10日。足元には「防衛庁」「防衛大学校」の看板。 日本外務省：「海上自衛隊の自衛艦旗及び陸上自衛隊の自衛隊旗（連隊旗）は１９５４年に制定された自衛隊法施行令により旭日の意匠を用いることとされている。制定以来自衛艦旗及び連隊旗は国内外の様々な場面で掲げられてきている。」[1]
