| Description |
English: The photographer states: A traditional game played during the Hmong New Year celebration. My understanding is that it is typically played with a row of boys lined up facing a row of girls. If a boy sees a girl he likes, he tosses a tennis ball to her. If she catches it, then he gets to ask her a question about herself. However, when I visited, I only saw groups of girls playing together. Perhaps they were practicing for the big event later in the day! |
