Viktor Kingissepp
Viktor Kingissepp (24 March 1888 in Kaarma, Saaremaa – 4 Mey 1922 in Tallinn) wis a Estonie communist politeecian, the leader o the Communist Party o Estonie.

Legacy
The Soviet Roushie govrenment renamit the toun o Yamburg tae "Kingisepp" in his honour. Durin the period o Soviet rule o Estonie efter Warld War II the toun o Kuressaare wis similarly renamit tae "Kingissepp" in 1952 (the oreeginal name wis restored in 1988).
Mony Estonie touns haed its awn Viktor Kingissepa Street durin the Soviet era.
