Most recent newsletter wasn't subst'd?
Hello. I just noticed that there appears to be an issue with the most recent newsletter (January 2024), e.g. Special:Diff/1192979289, where the substitution did not take place. I think this means that it will forever show the current month's newsletter in that section on every user's talk page unless it's corrected. Ping @EN-Jungwon? - @DanCherek yes, I did notice that when I sent out the newsletter. I tried to fix it and realised that the newsletter was sent to over 700 pages. Didn't think it would be a problem until you mentioned
forever showing the current newsletter

- @EN-Jungwon Thank for your work fixing this. I wanted to note that you also missed the step where you fill out Wiki: Administrators' newsletter/2024/1/List so that the subscription box is up to date. Wiki: Administrators' newsletter/Guide contains the full set of steps which need to be performed to send each issue - I've done this since you're busy fixing substs :) Sam Walton (talk) 08:34, 13 January 2024 (UTC)

Could someone please add a little blurb to the next newsletter, to ask admins who are willing to take questions about copyvios to please add Category:Wikipedia administrators willing to investigate copyright matters to their user pages?
