I voluntarily adhere to a 24-hour 1RR, rather than 3RR.
(well, i try, anyhow. it's a work in progress.)
and, well, i have limits. certain articles, let's say i am more willing to break 1RR on.
UTCL's rule: an edit history that contains some variation of "please don't remove/revert this" is highly likely to be unsourced or otherwise a crap edit, and unless it also contains "see talk page for additional detail" I or another similarly minded editor will immediately revert.
