• Oppose - Merging should be avoided if the resulting article is too long according to WP:MERGE#Reasons for a merger. There is neither duplication nor overlap. It is a dynamic list that is expanded enough on a separate topic of independent notability, so I reckon it merits its own article. Corphine (talk) 15:49, 28 November 2013 (UTC)

• Comment - the article lists 139 institutions based almost entirely on two lists from bisu.edu.cn, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that these institutions would also mention a link to BISU. In fact of the other 17 references, there are 9 references from bisu.edu.cn and 8 from other websites. Of those other 8 references, at least seven do not confirm any links to BISU, including Hollywood University of Beauty and Fashion, Silla University, Asia Pacific International College, the Auckland Institute of Studies, and the Rafik Hariri University (which was known as Hariri Canadian University but the website no longer works). The sixth reference is to International Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism in Russia but I am fairly confident that there is no mention of BISU, with a basic search suggesting the only mention of Beijing was a hotel in Moscow. (Note that the search term is in Russian). The seventh website, UCES in Argentina], has no mention of BISU, with the only mentions of Beijing relating to mostly to Renmin University.
So in essence we have a long, poorly sourced list, with only one reference from outside BISU's own website. How can you justify this list as being dynamic or notable when there are virtually no independent confirmations that any of these institutions has any links to BISU?
