Description

The quotes are operators which are nearly as useful to know as the English language for being able to make good use the Web.

The warning icon stands illustrates that one needs to have the ability to sort out information; for example because the source is not reliable, just advertising/marketing or because it's not about what one has searched for and so on. This includes media literacy.
