1922 U.s. National Championships – Men's Singles
Two-time defending champion Bill Tilden defeated Bill Johnston in the final, 4–6, 3–6, 6–2, 6–3, 6–4 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 1922 U.S.
National Championships. It was Tilden's third U.S. Championships singles title and fifth major singles title overall.
