Deutsch: Wappen der Stadt Jena, genehmigt am 16. September 1992
„Das Wappen der Stadt Jena zeigt in Silber einen silber-blau gekleideten Engel mit langen goldenen Haaren sowie goldenem Nimbus, Harnisch, Helm und Flügel; mit der Rechten einem grünen Drachen eine Lanze in den Rachen stoßend, in der Linken einen goldenen Schild mit aufgerichtetem schwarzen Löwen haltend; der linke Fuß steht auf dem Drachen. Unter dem Drachen ein kleiner silberner Schild mit blauer Weintraube.“
