Description
Deutsch: Ehrengrabstätte für Günther Ludwig Stuhlmann mit Stein, Einfriedung und Bepflanzung sowie Informationstafel zur Person und zur Grabstelle. Stuhlmann war Kaufmann und Stifter und gründete 1854 die Altonaer Gas- und Wassergesellschaft AG und versorgte so die Altonaer Bürger mit gereinigtem Elbwasser. Der Stuhlmannbrunnen am Platz der Republik ist sein Denkmal, ebenso wurden ein Platz und eine Straße nach ihm benannt. Der ursprüngliche Grabstein ist nicht mehr erhalten, 1956 wurde ein Ersatz aufgestellt, die Inschrift ist leider kaum lesbar. Mehr Infos zur Person auf der Tafel an seinem Ehrengrab, ein Foto befindet sich in dieser Kategorie. Das Grab befindet sich auf dem Friedhof Diebsteich in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld, Am Diebsteich 4.
