Description
Español: La juez, María Servini de Cubría, ha estado de nuevo en Madrid para recibir el Premio que en su XI edición, ha concedido la Fundación Abogados de Atocha. En esta ocasión ha recaído en los actores que participaron en la huelga del 75, por su lucha en esos momentos todavía de dictadura y en la juez argentina, por su labor en pro de la Justicia Universal y por instruir la única causa abierta contra el franquismo en el mundo. Antes de volver a su país, ha recibido a un pequeño número de medios, entre los que se encontraba TMEX. Servini ha respondido a temas relacionados con Argentina, como “el caso Nisman”, fiscal al que conocía bien y porqué no pudo atender la denuncia que quiso interponer en su juzgado, cuatro días antes de morir. También sobre la llamada “Querella Argentina”, su visita a España en Mayo de 2014, donde pudo entrevistarse con algunos jueces españoles y tomar declaración, a aquellas víctimas que por su edad, no habían podido desplazarse a Argentina o al Consulado. Tampoco han faltado preguntas sobre Martín Villa o el Juez Garzón y ha mostrado su esperanza en que la causa contra el franquismo, pueda juzgarse en España.
