Русский: Флаг муниципального образования «Онгудайский район» Республики Алтай, Россия

«Прямоугольное полотнище голубого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба муниципального образования в голубом, жёлтом, белом, красном и чёрном цветах. Оборотная сторона флага является зеркальным отображением его лицевой стороны».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле две сообращённые золотые мифические грифоноподобные птицы Кан-Кереде (с головой подобной орлиной и шеей подобной драконьей), со сложенными вдоль туловища крыльями, причём птица слева опрокинута, и держащие вместе в лапах серебряный безант, обременённый чёрным очагом (на треноге, с тремя червлёными языками пламени) и над которым — лазоревой трёхглавой, с вогнутым снизу основанием, островерхой горой, у которой средняя вершина выше остальных».
