A taxi will run you €28 to the centre of Limoges (€38 on Sunday). You can take buses #17 and #33 from Le Breuil which is about 2km walk away, down a busy road with no pavement to the main bus terminal (Place Winston Churchill), operating to similar sparse timetables to the airport bus.).
